Holey moley, SNOW!?!?!? brrrr. I'm in the office wearing a vest top, cardigan, trousers and my beloved SANDALS The weather has changed a little since I got dressed but my tootsies will be fine, they're hardy creatures, well they have to be with me in charge as I hate shoes and boots, lol.

Keiss - yum, coconut pancakes sound awesome, I love the coconut milk that doesn't taste coconutty, can't remember the brand but we tried it at a vegan food fair and were addicts for a week or so

In the end when we picked MrA up last night, he was full of tea, DD had tried a pancake at Rainbows and definitely doesn't like them (yum yum, meant I got it instead ) so I couldn't be bothered to make gluten-free pancakes or any pancakes just for myself, so had pasta and pesto instead *sob*. We might have some at the weekend as it sounds like MrA has invited himself over for "family" bike rides, picnics, pancakes, yay, fine by me

Hey all. Ta for good wishes. What a day!! Full on snow and gale force winds dd bus got stuck and finally we got some sun and snow cleared enough to get out!

Now sitting at airport with a dozen eggs and half a side of hot smoked salmon (granny favourite)!

Hope they let us on the plane!!
