Pippi, big hugs and yes I would call it a turnip even though I know it is a swede and I am a northerner.
Cheery, love the sound of that lady. You reminded me of a crocheted outfit I had when younger. My Mum made it, it was orange two piece, bell bottom trousers and a dress with bell sleeves, loved it so much I cried when it got too small so my mum unpicked it all and made me a poncho and beret out of it. Thanks for the memory jerk. Off to check out the photo album, sure I have a picture of it somewhere.Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. i too had a crochet dress. in fact ive still got it but it doesn't fit anymore and i can't bring myself to get rid of it. my mum had it made for me when i was about 18
