Brrrrrr, how chilly! I love this weather, cold and crisp, kills all the germs and you can hide under ooodles and ooodles of layers.
Took DD2 to see the local lights switch on, very pretty, with the snow still on the roofs it looked very magical.
Tonight will be a glass of wine and a film and an early night with a pod cast (of which I'll probably hear about 3 minutes of before falling asleep) Then tomorrow DH's parents are taking DD's and DH out for lunch and Harry Potter whilst I get to stay home alone........bliss! We've had some much carp going on over the past few weeks that a bit of "me" time will be very much welcomed.

I liked Anne Widecombe's sparkly trousers, I could see myself in those for a night out. It is good to see that some people don't take themselves too seriously, she might not be a great dancer but she is entertaining.
