Right guys I am officially chez nuthouse though not chez no netbook and dongle (though have been till today)...friday was a REALLY bad day so I ended up and not able to speak till yesterday lunch so the nurses wouldn't let me out till this am (for coffee...patients have to supply their own coffee ) so here I am and you guys have to help me figure our targets each to get me out of here...half day targets I'm thinking plus morning and evening routines as always...so we'll do that tomorrow or later tonight on here and then post tomorrow...

Only :( is that I've lost my tobacco so have to pay £10 for tobacco and lucozade just now..;(...So that's whopped into savings this week but this time tomorrow I should have some money to go on overdraft/debt. I perosnally think overdraft for holidays in New Year :D and then part for savings.... and hen go from there..

    Hope everyone is well..

    Hugs

    Today I have

    - Been to garden centre and got off cuts to make my wreath for the front door I hate how much some people charge so have made my own and I will make one for MIL

    - Cooked Spag bol for lunch and prepared a stew for the week and cooked some chicken bits for OH to take to work for lunch.

    - Tickets have arrived OH is working over Christmas and New Year aboard so I am being allowed to go too, I have had to change my flight due to work commitments, but otherwise a cheap/free holiday for me in the sun.

    - Pennies in the Jar
    - Gym Visit
  • Hi all. A bit late posting this weekend as we've been down to Sussex to visit FIL in hospital. He has improved slightly and really perked up at the end of the visit when I said I wouldn't leave without a kiss. Those 88 year old lips suddenly puckered up :rotfl:

Not a DFW weekend really as it cost a lot in diesel and also buying food but it was a necessary trip so I don't begrudge it one little bit.

    What I have achieved:
    • WM run overnight on Fri/Sat
    • now hung out on airer
    • drove sensibly to limit costs
    • DS3 paid for coffee break on way there
    • Saturday I bought wool to make 2 Xmas presents (done a back and one sleeve already)
    • taken bread out of freezer for tomorrows lunch
    • NSD today
    Still to do:
    • dinner from stores/freezer
    • update accounts
    • work out how many NSDs this month (aimed for 10)
The chickens were fine when we got home and Jo had discovered a massive 94g egg in the nest box yesterday. Maybe I ought to leave others in charge more often! :D

    Debt-free and Proud!
Hi all. Hope snow not too bad for those of you in East, Scotland etc etc. Erme..hope you get home soon!

    Today I:

    - made sloe gin for Xmas presents for most people we know! About 9 bottles now in larder! Gin bought for free via moc/dividend from c*op and free sloes from my dad so well cheap
    - watched movies in afternoon so cheap family entertainment.
    - finished xmas shopping online and as long as arrives am on budget too..really worked having a firm list and sticking to it. OH and I not giving each other pressies which also helps
    - OH working on selling remainder of CDs etc..decluttering and raising money as well!

Hope start of week goes well for all x

We did however have a massive impulsive blow out on ski stuff yesterday..apart from as a consequence cancelling Xmas for the whole family not sure what came over us..anyway will all be used so there you go. Done now..

Well today I've done a few DWF things.

Finished Christmas shopping almost, and I'm in budget - brother bought them using cashback credit card, so he gets 1% back lol.
Finished writing letter to HMRC ready to claim tax back.
Got my P46 ready to send tomorrow morning, so I don't get emergency taxed again!
Check bank account and credit card.
Didn't get tempted by the shops on Oxford Street when Christmas shopping! That's a first! lol
