I've cancelled my orders (apparently 2 went through!!) via email, & will also call them to cancel verbally tomorrow. G
I called this morning and tried to cancel the order I put in late last night, and they asked me to call back in 24hrs as my order hadn't appeared on the system yet  I wanted to cancel as my e-mail invoice was showing £135. not just p&p. I'v e-mailed a cancellation.
Did you call them yet GoofyGAT, and what did they say. Thanks
My first post on here and it has to be about a problem.0 -
I got these knives the first time round. I ordered them and the P&P wasnt taken from my account until they sent the knives out, which was 2 months later!!! Anyone who has ordered them, dont be surprised if it takes a while to get them. I completely forgot I ordered them, and when the money came out of my account, I spent an hour trying to find out what it was for.
They're not bad for a tenner, they make a decent present for someone if you put them in a nicer box. I gave mine to my dad and he loves them, as long as you keep them sharp I dont see how you can have a "bad knife"

Apparently the orders will show up 24hrs later & only then can they be cancelled - for me it's another 45min wait. One went through as £135.70 & the other as £9.95.
Also, I had to call THREE different 0870 numbers as the first two were the wrong department! The correct one for cancellation is 0870 3000 391 if anyone needs to know. G0 -

Take it from a market trader! Cheap rubbish- I've had fellow traders selling them at less than the P&P cost.
Do you really expect to get £130 worth for a tenner??!!!
If you're serious about having professional knives you should go somewhere where you can try them out, see how they fit in your hand, check the balance, the grip, speak to other people who use them.
I've used various types of knife for private catering work I do and I can assure you the best knives aren't given away like this!
That said, if you're looking for cheap knives to do a job at home then maybe you'll like them.0 -
OK, I called again to cancel & it's still not showing up on their system despite 24hrs having elapsed.
They are now claiming it'll take upto 72hrs, & cancellation emails will only reach them on Friday (27/10) on account of a glitch in their system - is anybody else getting these excuses? G
Could the OP please edit her title to say £9.95 P+P so the mods will see this & move it to the appropriate forum - thanks. As I mentioned before, this is not a free (no spend) offer & shouldn't be here.
