Best method for contacting Talk Talk

I have had a technical fault with my internet since 29th September and despite over 10 calls to the Technical Services department and assurances each time that someone from the 2nd line technical support will phone me back, I am still waiting 3 weeks later, without a connection.
I have sent an email to customer services this morning (via work) making a formal complaint but I'm not sure what good that will do. I copied in Charles Dunstone and David Thatcher but the email got bounced back.
Firstly. Does anyone know their contact details so I can try again or tell me where I can find them. Secondly. Does anyone else have any advice of how to get Talk Talk to fix my internet. Thirdly. I saw that Talk Talk are letting people out of their contracts, how do i go about doing this. I've already asked for my MAC code if they are not prepared to fix my connection within the next week but there is no guarantee they will listen to me.
