  • Still not got mine... has nearly been a month, and seeing as a lot of you have had multiple orders completed in this time is making me unhappy with their service (especially as they said on the 13th that they were being dispatched that day!). Grrr.

  • Can someone clarify the Ann Summers 7 Day returns rule .... my wife bought 2 different sizes of a few items as she didn't know which would be the better fit .... so am I right in thinking she will only get a refund if she returns the whole order ? and not if she only returns the sizes that didn't fit right ?

    Bit pointless and annoying if this is the case as will return the whole order just to get refund ... whereas they would have had a sale on the bits that were right ... please clarify.

    I ordered mine at the end of November, got an e-mail confirmation on 3/12 (plus money taken from my account), didn't get anything, e-mailed customer services to query it, got an e-mail back on 21st to say it had just been despatched.. It arrrived Christmas Eve.

    I replied to say it was an appalling level of customer service and that I didn't expect that it wouldn't have been sent at all. I also said that it was my first order and probably my last. I haven't had a reply to that.

    A 34B. Got a cheque for £20 from them for the 3 bras I returned. I'm positive my order for 5 came to just £20, so seem to have got 2 free bras! :j

    It'll make up for travel expenses though, to bank it.

    well they didn't have that bra showing in stock in my size so i ordered a size up for "big days" and ordered a mystery bra in my size which ended up being it :S so now i have two of the same bra!! i also got the crazy leopard print suspender belt!

    generally a brilliant sale, cheers ann summers :D

    Still waiting for mine (for the missus) from a November order.

    Phoned before christmas, they assumed lost in post and reordered for me over xmas holiday.
    Phoned today as still no sign of the order.

    Anyways after a bit of digging and reconfirmation of order details (which they failed to do last time), I find that they have been shipping to an old billing address - we moved 18 months ago!. All information on my order confirmation was correct (delivery & billing) which they could also see.

    So seems to be some computer glitch at their end, which they admitted to, and have again reordered for me, and sending by courier! Added to this, I'm pretty sure I didn't log in to place this oprder (forgetting any account info), so their system must have somehow automatically cross referenced my name with my old account. or something.

    Anyway, be aware!
