Mine came really quickly, about 3 days after I ordered.
It was a black and red lacy number, which I like except the diamante bit on the front but I can remove that, so I'm pleased with it! Though my friend ordered and paid for one and got two!!0 -
On the website it says 'Please note:Videos, DVDs, Books, Magazines and clearance and/or sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, so please be sure of your selection before ordering.' So I don't think the bra's could be refunded?0

You can return them under the 7 day cooling off period as long you return the entire order, you also need to notify them first. This is what I did as I got 2 the same and it was refunded no problems.0 -

hmmm I tried to notify them and I got my e-mail returned to me saying it couldn't be delivered...
however, hubby has taken them to the post office today to be sent back.
I read somewhere that if they don't refund you, they'll give you ann summers vouchers. Though a couple of years ago I sent a £10 basque back and didn't get a thing! Think they're company policies on returns may be a bit iffy.:jGoals for 2015:jWin £2015 in 2015: £304.08/£2015Reach goal for house depositReach 11st (4.5lbs to go)0 -

That's odd, did you send it via the website contact form? Maybe their inbox is full of people wanting to return seeing as they're sending so many duplicates
I'm pretty sure that under distance selling rules they HAVE to refund you if you cancel and send an order back unused within 7 days so I'd query it if they don't. (If I'm wrong about this someone please correct me!)0 -
ooooh interesting. may be my mistake then. I tried to e-mail them at the e-mail on the back of the returns form that it says to contact, cc @ annsummers. com and it was returned to me. I've just done the contact form, thank you for reminding me about it, and told them that they're on their way back. Hope I get my money back, found a beautiful bra reduced to £1 in asda last night and matching knickers too!! so think I snagged an amazing deal there despite initial disappointment.:jGoals for 2015:jWin £2015 in 2015: £304.08/£2015Reach goal for house depositReach 11st (4.5lbs to go)0

Just incase they refuse, this is from Martin's blog here:
'Under the distance selling regulations, you have a seven-day legal right to return goods without any fault for a full refund (including delivery costs – though you may need pay to send the goods back).'
Reading their t&cs it says you just need to tell within 7 days and they'll give you 28 days to get the goods back to them (helpful what with the weather!) so shouldn't be a problem. hth0 -
Thanks _Roxy_
weirdly just had an e-mail back from them saying that they already knew I was returning the items, despite the fact that the e-mail was sent back to me...my head hurts. lol.
