Mine came really quickly, about 3 days after I ordered.

It was a black and red lacy number, which I like except the diamante bit on the front but I can remove that, so I'm pleased with it! Though my friend ordered and paid for one and got two!!
  • On the website it says 'Please note:Videos, DVDs, Books, Magazines and clearance and/or sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, so please be sure of your selection before ordering.' So I don't think the bra's could be refunded?

You can return them under the 7 day cooling off period as long you return the entire order, you also need to notify them first. This is what I did as I got 2 the same and it was refunded no problems.

hmmm I tried to notify them and I got my e-mail returned to me saying it couldn't be delivered...

however, hubby has taken them to the post office today to be sent back.

I read somewhere that if they don't refund you, they'll give you ann summers vouchers. Though a couple of years ago I sent a £10 basque back and didn't get a thing! Think they're company policies on returns may be a bit iffy.

That's odd, did you send it via the website contact form? Maybe their inbox is full of people wanting to return seeing as they're sending so many duplicates :(

I'm pretty sure that under distance selling rules they HAVE to refund you if you cancel and send an order back unused within 7 days so I'd query it if they don't. (If I'm wrong about this someone please correct me!)

ooooh interesting. may be my mistake then. I tried to e-mail them at the e-mail on the back of the returns form that it says to contact, cc @ annsummers. com and it was returned to me. I've just done the contact form, thank you for reminding me about it, and told them that they're on their way back. Hope I get my money back, found a beautiful bra reduced to £1 in asda last night and matching knickers too!! so think I snagged an amazing deal there despite initial disappointment. :D

Just incase they refuse, this is from Martin's blog here:

'Under the distance selling regulations, you have a seven-day legal right to return goods without any fault for a full refund (including delivery costs – though you may need pay to send the goods back).'

Reading their t&cs it says you just need to tell within 7 days and they'll give you 28 days to get the goods back to them (helpful what with the weather!) so shouldn't be a problem. hth :)

Thanks _Roxy_ :) weirdly just had an e-mail back from them saying that they already knew I was returning the items, despite the fact that the e-mail was sent back to me...my head hurts. lol.
