Has anyone returned a lucky dip bra and had their refund?
It states on terms that reduced and clearance items cannot be refunded unless faulty. My lucky dip bras don't fit and I don't know if I'll get a refund and don't want to send them at the risk of loosing money and bras.

I think you're allowed to return them under 'distance selling regulations', which state anything bought online has to have a 7-day cooling off period for you to change your mind and return them.
I would return them, and state that the sizing is faulty - I'm sure they'll refund if the tags are attached.

Yep! Emailed to tell them I was returning under the 7 day cooling off period, they replied saying that was fine and got my refund about a week later when they received them.

I posted a couple of pages back with a link to the 7 days rule thingy just incase people have any problems getting a refund. Should be fine though!

Im keeping one and sending the rest back hopefully based on misleading information or something as website and order invoice says 5 "assorted" not 5 the same lol

What size did you order if you don't mind me asking? I'd be pretty annoyed if they sent me 5 of the same.

I would venture to say most women don't wear matching bra and knickers everyday, but it's nice to have the option to.

I've just noticed that like the bras, there is a lucky dip for £2 thongs. Has anyone noticed something similar for knickers or any other items? Thank you.

Hi, I got four bras that were all the same, following advice given on here (thank you) I emailed them and queried how this fulfilled an order for assorted bras...the following day they called me up and told me I could send them back and suggested that I wrote on the back of the invoice that I wanted a variety....although they still couldn't guarantee I would get different ones the next time it may help, fingers crossed it will :-)
