    The Appeals can only be heard one at a time. Keeps public servants in jobs for a long time. Jobs a good 'un.

    It also keeps some genuine claimants on the poverty line for a long time.

    If the less genuine claimants would stop appealing and just get back to work or claim JSA then the system wouldnt be clogged up.
