Transfer address book from Nokia E71 to Motorola Defy

Hi,

Can anyone help transfer my contacts. Any software to do this?

I have a Nokia E71 on Three
New phone is Motorola Defy on T Mobile

Both phones wont take the others sims even to transfer the phonebook. I have tried the 3 sim in a unlocked Nokia 6310 but it wont take it.

Could sync your Google contacts via Exchange on the Nokia http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=147951 and then log on via the Defy, and it will download them all....Or go via Pc Suite, export to csv, then import to Gmail.....If you don't have Gmail, get an account, integrates seamlessly with everything Android.
