Does T9 feature work for you?

I used to do the multi-tap system when texting my friends but now I use the T9 (I think this means texting in 9 keys only) its much faster,now I cant imagine not using it. I used to not be able to coz I was too lazy to learn how T9 works. How about you guys does T9 work for you too?

Its faster to text my friends using T9.I feel sorry for my brother who dont understand or dont even use it.
