Have had Pay Once,Watch Forever Freesat from Sky for almost two years & no problems. Two days ago, I could not get any Sky channels & an on-screen message comes up with "There is a technical fault with this channel. Please try later". I am still able to change channels with the remote control but this message comes up on every channel with no sound. When I press the 'help' button, nothing happens. Advice would be gratefully received. thank you.

On the remote press Services the '4' then signal.What is your signal stength &,more importantly,quality?
If the's little or no signal,it's either;
1-Dish has moved off alignment
2-Faulty LNB or transponder in the Sky box
3-Damaged cable,more so if the cable goes over the roof
4-Faulty connector on the cable at the back of the box.0 -
thank you so much for your reply. I done as you said & the signal & strength were good. On the same section it had "reset settings" so I clicked on that & now after turning the tv on & back on again, I have sky back. I appreciate you helping me.0
