Those expensive lawyers earning their money again, damn their eyes.
As for oil if its that much of a problem, as others have said just ask for it back so you can drink it/throw it at the neighbours/make art0 -
Some tips take old oil mine does if you can get them to put old oil in a container you could save money doing it that way but its only worth doing that if your near a tip or planning on going to one assuming it takes old oil
Post 2 is having a laugh dont ever pour oil down drains

Not cool! :eek:0 -
The garage near me charges about £1.80 "environmental charge" which is code for holding on to the old tyre when purchasing a new one. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these sorts of charges are making money as well as that gained by selling the old product whether it is oil, tyres or anything else.0

Do you think disposal of old tyres and oil is free? You even need a licence now to use the old oil to heat the workshop! I think it is misguided though to have such an itemised bill, it can only be done to make the initial, bare price look comparitively cheaper.0

Hes not !!!:D0 -
I'd have to defend National, I use them for oil changes and I cant fault them. My car takes 6.5 litres of Castrol Edge, the last oil change cost me £31.50. To buy Castrol Edge in the likes of Halfords (for example) if £15 per litre- do the math, I wouldnt even consider doing it myself for that sort of pricing.
Even though the manager was telling me that they use it as a loss leader...

Why not take it to the civic amenity site and put it in the oil recycling tank?0 -
