all go on dinner break at the same time? im getting a 'sorry we are all busy please call back later' when normally if its busy i get a 'please hold the line and one of our advisers will be with you soon' message

Walk to the dole office and wait there, will be nice and warm.
I did post this on your other benefits post.
There is nothing any of us can do, your problem is with them, so rather than sit at your pc posting here, you would be better off at the dole office.
If they can't do anything today, then you will have to wait then till Monday0 -
