does the benefits enquiry line

all go on dinner break at the same time? im getting a 'sorry we are all busy please call back later' when normally if its busy i get a 'please hold the line and one of our advisers will be with you soon' message

    when we had to wait for a call back till 10? and then again after that? you dont get call backs in the JC

    Had you gone to the office you would not have been waiting for a callback, you would have had your answer before 10am.
