They will probably give you a form for you to go around the house to fill in so the total "New" value of your contents can be worked out. From this they can work out if you have a sum insured that is sufficient to replace all of your contents at new prices.
I assume you have been with Morethan for a while as they give new customers £75000 contents cover http://www.morethan.com/Pages/Products/Home/ContentsCover.aspx which might help you if you are under insured.
If you are under insured, they will probably try and reduce any claims payment by the percentage you are underinsured which is common practice in the industry0
