Disney DVD BOGOF error????

I have just ordered up Bambi on DVD from HMV.co.uk and although it displayed £8.99 when I checked out it came up as £7.99. I believe the BOGOF on Disney has come to an end (???) so it is a chance to get your hands on this classic cheaply. If you get cashback, find a discount code or use the spend £30 get £5 off, it works out quite cheap.
I know this is a small saving but it all helps. :snow_grin

Got the Cars DVD today, once again before the release date.

Recieved the Little Mermaid DVD about 5 days prior to the release date

i ordered little mermaid and cars
they sent TLM to my old address - I knew from the email that they sent out when it was dispatched and my old address (from 3 years ago! ) was on their system from previous orders
I phoned up and eventually got through
Was told that they would send out another to my correct address
AGAIN - they must have sent to my old address
phoned again - told that it went to new address but when she read it back it was the old one again - even though I had emailed them and told them over the phone TWICE
they have now sent out again - and I am still waiting for it to arrive

POOR POOR service - they only ring back once out of 5 times that they said they would
they have taken the money, but still hvent delivered

If it hasnt arrived by Monday - I am going to go mad down the phone at them as I have been very calm up to now

Made up to have it before its even released!! Has anybody checked to see how much we have been charged?? I ordered Chicken Little as well for the BOGOF and they charged me £8.47 when they despatched chicken little. Presumably they will have charged me 9.52 to make up the £17.99 balance?? Need to go online and check bank. They dont tell you how much theyve charged seperately, on either the invoice or the email posted confirmation.

I've received Little Mermaid now awaiting Cars as my email says it has been despatched. Now if it arrives tomorrow with my missing tesco clubcard vouchers I will be one very Happy Welshy

As mentioned earlier this BOGOF "feature" was noted in this forum a wee while back. I ordered the Wild and Cars (then a pre-order) and recieved the wild in about a week and Cars today !

So you should get your orders OK
