I bought Finding Nemo and Cars and bith the email confirmation and the purchase confirmation show final price of £17.99 including the £17.99 discount.

I have also took a screen shot of purchase (saved top and bottom images).

Can people post when the receive items...

No problem Diamonds. Two of my orders (The Wild and Incredibles) are listed as shipped, but still showing both the discount as a minus and the total cost, which is without the discount!? Nothing debited my credit card yet.

Can someone tell me how you thank someone, as I want to pass on my thanks to a few threads I've read, but I don't know how to.

At the bottom of the thread of the person you want to thank is a THANKS button .. it's at the bottom right.. can you see it?

you just go to the post you want to thank and click on the button that says thanks. In this case it could be the origanal post at the top of the first page. at the botton of that post you will see a thanks button or a quote highlighted in blue. click on the Thanks.

i have just tried to get this offer, and all goes well till i get to the payment bit, and my address appears wrong, i modified the options, but it still shows in the wrong order, can anyone tell me why this is?

Hi rose07, I had the same problem. I think it said to amend your details click here, which I did, I then had to log in again. I think if you just amend the order or amend the address instead...it should work.

I ordered Cars and BrotherBear2 on the 6th October. BOGOF total price £17.99. Brotherbear arrived next day delivery and I have noticed today that my credit card has been charge with £8.97. I can only presume that when Cars is sent that my credit card will be charge for the remaining £9. I have also checked my account that was sent as a link in the email confirming the order and this still states £17.99 as the total price for both DVD.

When I was ordering the site was acting a bit funny and as stated by others the more DVD's that you added the more discount you got. But I did not chance my luck as the 2 I got were the ones that my son really wanted.
