Thanks, I have just ordered Little Mermaid and Cars! Gave me £17.99 discount. I did notice that in the pre order column, Little Mermaid is listed as pre order Video! When you click on the picture it shows DVD in the description!
I do hope this is a DVD and not a video as not much use to me otherwise.

I've taken a screen print of my order, showing the BOGOF discount. Afterwards my order is showing full price. Will they honour the BOGOF mistake? Are they obliged to? I've already missed the boat to cancel the order.

I wonder if you get billed immediately once you order? Unfortunately the card I ordered with doesn't having internet banking, anyone check this out? I seem to remember when I looked back at the order I made even though it said £17.99 discount, it showed a total of £35.98 like fleetingmind above. Problem is if you speak to them direct it will probably be cancelled anyways!
