    Thanks just ordered 2 cars & 2 little mermaids. Little mermaid is my fav disney film & the children really wanted to see cars. My best friend also wanted copies of both. Fingers crossed they arrive.

    How long has it taken for people to receive their confirmation e-mail after placing an order? I ordered just over an hour ago and still haven't received anything from them. I did have to change my e-mail address, as they had my now defunct one registered, and am worried now in case their system didn't update my details properly.

    Thanks for this post! I have just ordered cars and the wild for £17.99 went to play.com to see their bogof promotion and it doesnt include either of these so now im well chuffed! thanks Landkmum!

    thanks for this just recieved e-mail saying that order has been shipped should arrive tomorrow also phoned card company and they say that only £15.99 been taken for payment now have to wait for cars and little mermaid to be released

    The Little Mermaid DVD came today, thanks OP. Awaiting the Cars DVD now when its released.

    FYI - The BOGOFF deal on preorders still seems to work.

    Hi, I also ordered Little Mermaid, which arrived today. I am also awaiting Cars dvd. My online invoice showed discounted price for the two. My credit card has been charged for the full amount of my order. I'm hoping I don't get a further charge to my cc when cars is distributed. Has your cc been debited with discounted amount for the Little mermaid or for the amount of your order including cars dvd?

    My account says Little Mermaid has been sent. I was charged £9. So I assume when they send Cars they will take the other £8.
