    Yes!

    Today I took the meter reading:
    Taken at 09.44am (morning)
    total 01340
    rate 4 00674
    rate 1 00666

    Taken at 09.54pm (evening)
    total 01341
    rate 4 00674
    rate 1 00667
    As you see, the rate 1 is advancing during the day. They think that rate 1 is a night rate and rate 4 is a day rate. Could it be a mistake????

    Yep, something not right there. Contact your provider who will log it with the distributor and arrange a visit.
