Dare2b free gloves glitch

Thanks for this deal Strawbz.
Gloves arrived today. Three pairs at 90p each. not bad at that price.
Invoice said £7.89 like others but only took £2.70 of my card.

Like many I ordered 3 pairs (including the free pair) and was charged £2.70
However, last week only one pair arrived. I emailed dare2b informing them that the order was incomplete and that I was looking forward to receiving the missing two pairs as the pair they have sent are excellent.
They replied that I had only ordered one pair and as such would only get one pair. (Email from them was quite shirty).
I am quite disappointed as I had already earmarked the gloves as pressies for family.

Surely you can prove what you ordered by showing them the confirmation email or going into their website and looking at your a/c.

Please paste here what both say.

strangely the website order and the confirmation email do not match. on the email it show 2 pairs ordered and also the two codes I put in. but on the website it only shows one pair ordered and only the 10% code. I dont think they believe me.
