I've just had an email that my order has been dispatched but I don't see any money taken out of my account. Guess I'll have to wait for a few days for everything to clear so I can work it out.

I ordered yesterday and then realised that I'd ordered the wrong size so I replied to the order confirmation email to ask them to cancel the order. They sent me one of those "we will get back to you shortly" emails in return. I reordered the correct size and tonight I received another email saying that the original ones have been dispatched :eek:

I ordered at the weekend and it is still processing! I think they must work the orders backwords! Doubt I am going to get mine!

Received mine. The invoice is for more than the original total, but I've been charged the lower amount, as stated on my account.

If they try charging me more I'm suing them, plus if the Quidco doesn't come through I'm suing them as well.

i got my dispatch email today and i ordered a bit late for this so thank you very much to the OP

i was reminded today just how much we need these as i took my daughter sledging. after sledging, snowballs fights and attempting to build a snowman we had our 2 pairs of gloves soaked through (had to wear 2 pairs each it was really really cold!) so we had to suffer with cold hands out in that nastiness for longer than i'd have liked... now i have several pairs of backup gloves to keep dry and warm in my bag until needed :T
