Mine were supposed to have been despatched on Monday but I haven't got them yet.

I wouldn't mind but I emailed to cancel my 1st order but that's been despatched and not received as well. I ordered on Sunday lunchtime

I got my despatch e-mail on Monday too and a courier turned up with them at 6pm tonight. It may be that the snow has delayed things and / or they use a slow delivery service. They will hopefully turn up Sat or Monday.

It means you didn't order & pay for anything in addition to the freebies, so your 'order' was invalid.

You needed to order the 2 glitchy free pairs of gloves PLUS another item, as per the instructions above.

I received mine today....bought the 7-10's for my sons and they first perfect....except for the little finger being a little long. But, they are really nice and perfect for the weather! Thanks again for the tip-off OP.

Mine arrived today and I see what everyone means about the L/XL being unexpectedly big. The middle finger is especially disproportionately long so my OH calls them "road rage" gloves!

We can still make use of them though, so thanks again OP!
