i ordered some boots from this website with all good faith, i fear they have taken more than one payment from my credit card - i cant see to get through on the number they have subscribed on their website and now i cant even get on the website.
has anybody heard of these, i am slightly anxious that a scam is going on?

This is the food forum,You will get better response on the Shop but dont Drop etc......however it can be hard to navigate on your first post,and it sounds like youve had some bad luck with this company...From what ive learned on here..ANY site with UGG in the title(apart from Ugg Australia),is always gonna be a fake site...there is an Ugg discussion topic in either Shop but dont drop....or the I want board...good luck hope you get it sorted.
PS,have you tried putting the website address onto the UggAustralia fake site checker?

The London telephone number they have quote Tel number:020 5123666 is duff. Sorry to say it's not looking good.

I would say bad news as it's all based in China, no info at all there about any base in London and the telephone number they quote on their website is incorrect too as it's missing a digit.

Think you need to ring your credit card company pronto !

i have called my credit card company, yesterday and today and they are telling me that they can see one payment going through (which at the moment is a relief) considering i have had 3/4 emails thanking me for my order!!!!!!!!
i am just hoping that one payment is going to go through and i will be able to get it back. i am just worried that they have my details and will carry on with this scam.
So.....my credit card company do know the situation but they tell me that its best to wait a few days to see what happens!!!?????
have you never heard or read about this company on the forum before?

General rule is if they have Ugg in the url it's fake.

Call the credit card company and tell them you've lost your card, they'll issue one with a new number to prevent future use.

They're not listed on UGG's list of approved sellers, so I'd say that they'll be counterfeit UGGs too.

just want i need - i have realised since i purchased them that they are based in China, which as you say that are most prob counterfeit!!!!
do you think i should just say that i have lost my card then?
