Quick Questions on Jam and marmalade making and Preserving
It will last a long time as long as it is sealed and unopened I have had Jam for a year that was fine when I opened it. Canning means that food is processed and stored in an airtight container e.g. Jam, Pickles etc

yummm ours are nearly there so will be dragging the family out to forage this weekend. Did well last year with Blackberries, Apples, Damsons from the local cycle path. Free food my favourite
