Can I make or receive calls on Virgin PAYG while I'm in the USA?

Their network is different from Europe.

Yes you can use your Virgin PAYG in USA providing you have a tri or quad band phone.

Charges are £1.40/min to make calls and £0.80/min to receive calls.

It would be a lot cheaper to get a US SIM card in an unlocked phone - calls at 10 to 20 cents a minute
