Listen, just ignore the 'invoice' because that is all it really is, is a invoice.

Ignore any letters that follow, they will get fed up and leave you alone.

    IGNORE!
  • A BIG THANK YOU. I will certainly IGNORE,IGNORE AND IGNORE EVERMORE and inform you of the outcome, eventually. Thanks and warm regards. Moneybaba.::T

Although it's correct to ignore them, I believe there reasoning for ticketing you was that your business was not in the retail park. In otherwords you parked in the retail park and left on foot, not being a customer at any of the outlets.

I know, but I imagined the PPC person saw the OP walk from the car, from the retail park....Irrelevant anyway, as the general consensus is to ignore...:D
  • Yes, she walked away from the car park, but having told on mobile by the TOY SHOP to go and get photo copies of the docs, from across the road as they did not have such facilities. The attendant was ignorant about the whole visit, and its purpose, and yet without full details slapped on a ticket. Remember the whole stay was for only 40 minutes.

I am also worried that the penalty has been jacked up to £100. Should I still IGNORE THE LETTER? Please advise as I do not see any wrong doing in going to the CAR PARK for a purpose there, but had to nip across for a few minutes for the same business. Thanks everyone.
