57 cm width dishwasher?

Thanks to all, I took the measurements again and I was wrong the first time, the gap is 61. Not as big as the WM one, but enough!!
The only problem is a piece of wood on the floor, that limits the gap in the floor down to 59, but we'll remove that piece of wood and cut it to make it smaller.
At least we can put a "normal" dishwahser in there!!!

Most dishwashers I've seen have feet which keep the body of the unit off the ground so if its just at floor level it shouldn't be a problem.0

It's about 6 cm high... I don't think the dishwasher can be lifted that much, it wouldn't fit.0

Got another problem with the height ... this kitchen is a nightmare. The height of the gaps is 84.3, and 99% of the appliances are 85... anyone knows if it's possible to remove the top cover of any appliance to make it fit? Would it look too horrible??0

you should look online for the specification of your current dishwasher and see the quoted sizes for it, then you can see what size of gap that one fits into...This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

The problem now is not so much the diswasher (there are usually < 85, and this gap is bigger cos it has the old tiles), but the washing machine.
The are all 84.5 or 85, and this definitely won't fit... i'm thinking now of removing the top cover, but not sure it can be done with all of them.
I'm scared of having to spend a fortune, when at the beginning I had planned to buy Beko (cheap and good reviews).0 -
well, apply the same advice to your current washing machine! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I don't have a washing machine now, the sellers took it with them.0

On the Bosch Washers and dishwashers, the tops can be removed.
They are medium priced if you choose the correct range, and IMHO, better quality and reliability than Beko.0 -
Thanks, we've just orderded a Beko dishwahser (the top can be removed) and a Bosch WM (the top can be removed and they sell the replacement). Finger's crossed we'll manage to fit them both!!0
