Actually that wasn't one of mine but it really did trump any excuses my lot ever came up with!

I've given strikes out a couple of dozen times now and in all honesty the strike system to me works a treat and i must say it does seem to bring them back into line.I had someone message me on one of my items after they couldn't bid to ask if i'd allow them to bid.No excuses and straight to the point they pointed out they'd had a couple of strikes(564 feedback as well),couldn't buy a great deal and have seen the error of their ways etc etc(you get the drift)Anyhow,i let them bid and 12 hrs after the auction finished...hey presto, they paid, probably would have been sooner but they were in Oz and probably still in bed.I've done this a couple of times now with NPB's and never had to dish out another strike,on the other hand if they'd started telling me their 2nd cousin removed had gone into labour with triplets and was the reason they got a strike i probably would have ignored them, never been asked to revoke a strike though,i wouldn't on principle
