Hi All
I am with 3 for my mobile broadband. I am on a 18month plan I think paying £15 a month. Ive been on this 5months but im moving house and my partner has BT Broadband so I no longer need my 3 broadband.
Does anyone know roughly how much I may have to pay up to cancel my contract?
Many thanks all for reading this and any replies

With VAT rise coming up you may be able to get out.
Within 30 days of receiving the letter, assuming they haven't that part of the contract then you could use that to get out, I would read your fine print to be sure and check if they have covered themselves regarding VAT.

Hope this helps!
If not you're pretty much stuck with them, pretty pointless cancelling a contract if it costs near or the same to get out than sticking with it.0 -
Another thread on here says that Three are increasing their price over the VAT rise. If that is so and you get the same letter then I'd say you have the right to cancel without penalty. I doubt that just the VAT rise would count.0
