Ebay rules are that you have seven days to pay after winning the item at auction, or on a BIN that doesn't have 'Immediate Payment required''. So your seller is out of line on all counts!

Ah I see now that would have ticked me off too!;) I won something yesterday and the seller sent me an invoice saying they expected IMMEDIATE payment but accpeted cheques so not sure how they were going to enforce that one lol! Just to be annoying I waited a day and paid today, nothing they could have done about it, as others have said you get 7 days to pay unless the item is BIN with immediate payment.DFW no.630!
