Be* not taking DD

Hello,
I'm after some help advice..
My ISP Be There are not taking DD from my account, I've set it up more times than I care to remember yet they still don't take money...
I chose to pay by DD as it's easier, I don't want to do a automatic card transaction type thing or phone up every month...
What can I do? is it my fault if Be/my bank aren't taking DD?

So your getting BE to setup the direct debt they dont get the payment and cancel?

They dont take payment from direct debt, you cancel and phone up etc etc?0 -
they set up, don't take the payment and cancel....0
