I found this thread too late and ordered items from his new site jamdup.com back in september. Nothing delivered , , ! I am now having to jump through hoops with credit card company to get a section 75 refund. Do any forumites live near the alledged business address of jamdup.com . . . ? Would be interesting to know if they are actually there . .?

I can provide his mum's home address and phone number but am wary of just posting it publicly. She is the only shareholder in the online shopping solutions company that runs the jampdup.com site.

She may be unaware of his dodgy dealings . . . ! Maybe she might put him over her knee . . . !

I'm trying to find out a bit more about this Daniel Miller. I'm still waiting on my order and cant seem to get a reply.

I've messaged all of jamdups email accounts, facebook and twitter. tried calling but no answer.

I can 100% guarantee that Star IT is a different business and nothing to do with Dan Miller. They shared the same office space which is a link but that is all. I have known Jonny for 10 years and he is a respectable member of the community with his business. Just as I imagine if you lived next door to a thief, you wouldn't want someone thinking you're a thief also?!

I'm really sorry to hear that you have had the problems you have had. Did they give you a reason why they took your advanced payment before delivery? As someone who works for a very reputable leasing company i can say that we don't take any payments until the car has been delivered.

We had a visit from the Police about the money Daniel owed us. Apparently, he had admitted to them that he owed us over £10,000, but although they took our statement, they said that we would be extremely lucky to see any of that money again. Can't believe he's still able to start up new ventures like this Jamdup. He should have been locked up 3 years ago and never allowed to start up a business again. He's a compulsive liar and conman and shouldn't be able to keep doing this to people. I understand that he has now been sentenced to prison, but knowing our justice system, he'll be out in about 3 months and simply start another company up. Watch this space!!
