how did you make £49.24 in points??? intrigued lol

I'm guessing they bought 3 biotherm items which gave 1500 points? Then 2400 bonus points for spending £100, 1000 points from the code here and 24 points for the £6 over £100 they spent.

    (I was nosey too:rotfl:)

For the 49.24 points I got I bought yes the 3 biotherm, the 2400 points and the points code for 1000.

I have been waiting ages for the right deal. Could have done better but everyone has been buying all the cheaper biotherm stuff lol.

Anyone know if there are any more shopping evenings/online events with extra points coming up?

If not you can always try getting a refund- ask them and state it was the only reason you spent the money, don't say you will get a refund if they decline (that comes across as a vague threat) but just say you had spent it especially and your clock was running a few minutes slower then theirs maybe?

Much the same happened to me thanks to their slow website. Was trying to get checked out for an order just over £100 and saw my points drop by 2400 as it went after midnight, so decided not to order and to see if I could get better prices elsewhere on some items or if there would be any more discounts or extra points events.

Most annoying since I was trying to checkout at the time as opposed to just adding things to my basket.

Have they yet replied to you? If so, how did you get on?
