    Just booked Bpool for 20th Dec:beer::j:beer:

    Iv just booked Blackpool for 7th Jan,it states that the booking is for 1 adult and there is no way to amend it so ive been through to the call centre and they said its fine to leave it like that aslong as its a double room you can have 2 people in even if the booking is for just 1 adult.
    Also i have just been back on to have a nosey and the room I have just booked has now jumped up in price so I think I must have been lucky and taken 1 of the last rooms...lucky meeee....
    Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time - I think I've forgotten this before.:idea:

    Im really gutted about this so called 'Sale'. All the hotels in the area - the prices had gone up on the date I wanted to stay from when I looked earlier on in the week! grrr:mad:

    travelodge rooms go up in price depending on availability. the sale price of £10 overode the basic flexible rate of £29, so once all the sale rooms sold, prices would then jump to the band above what was originally the basic rate

    the best thing to do when you know a sale is coming up, is to book a room at the flexible rate (as this can be cancelled), and then try your luck in the sale. if you cant bag a sale room, then you at least know you have already booked the room at its lowest standard rate

    Has there been another travelodge sale? Totally missed it and got no emails off them usually get a reminder. Was not really after anything so not worried but must keep a better eye out in future!

    Next one I'm after is maybe Feb half term for London and Bristol end of May next year but unless they have improved the Bristol city one it use to be well dodgy!
