I am getting so fed up of seller at the min, I think it is time for me to give up ebay!
Anyways, I have another query if you don't mind giving a bit of advice please.
I brought a bundle of ps3 games for my hubby, for xmas. from a seller "badboy****" Haha, that makes me laugh now!
At first he was really quick in answering questions, and then I paid for the item. Since then, no comms, no replies, no item!! GRRRR!
I paid on the 14th. Nothing back since. So I have opened a case against him, stating no comms, and no items.
How long will it take to get a refund? As I said, I got these as a gift, and now the money is gone, I have no gift. I don't work so money is difficult so I am struggling with ideas of what to get DH now
I sold loads of my shoes to pay for them games
To top it off I am heavily pregnant, and hormonal so I keep finding myself crying and stressing over it lmao.
I am fed up of stupid ppl on ebay, is there anyway I can find out a telephone number of address of this seller to get in touch that way?
Thank you so much for reading, and reading my little rant lol!
xx

What would the difference be? I'm thinking of making a claim myself but never done one before and not sure what I'm doing!
(sorry to jump in on someone elses thread!)
A paypal claim can be easier as it is more fixed. You know that if seller doesn't prove delivery you will get your money back in 10 days.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. As soolin said Paypal are a lot more fixed. Ebay claims have a habit of taking longer and asking you to jump through more hoops. What would the difference be? I'm thinking of making a claim myself but never done one before and not sure what I'm doing!

oh.... dammit!!!! I did it through ebay

Still no contact though. What if I was to cancel case and then open one with paypal?
What sort of hoops do you reckon I will have to jump through to get my money back?
Thank u soooo much for the replies
