Is anyone else finding Virgin broadband on a go slow today!

Virgin is so slow today I feel as though I need to wind it up its taking so long to go into sites and open then up. Just wondered if anyone else is having a problem (I`m in Merseyside).

Only one or two little bars coloured in on my Internet access box.

Thank you, didn`t know about that. Just checked an broadband is ok but could be problems with on demand tv!

I`ve just got back in so will see how it performs today.

If the issue is only when you first access a site it could be that the VM DNS servers were running slowly. I have used alternatives to ISP's DNS servers for some time; initially OpenDNS then later the google public DNS which offer less in the way of bells and whistles - http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/

If you continue to see this problem but speedtests run OK and there are no reported faults it could be worth your while trying them. They have provided instructions on how to do this.

MSE is slow at the moment, this was mentioned on Martins Facebook page.
