I can confirm that your cashback cheque was sent on the 8th of July. Huge apologies that this hasn't arrived - unfortunately we don't know why, and as far as we know all other cheques that were sent out around that time have arrived safely. I believe a member of our Customer Service team spoke to you this morning to confirm receipt of your letter.
If the cheque hasn't arrived by Tuesday next week we will cancel it and send out a new one.
I hope that's ok, and apologies again for the delay.

Simplify Digital Company Rep....
I'm in the process of cancelling Sky and was really hoping to take the O2 6 month free broadband package (the one where you give £50 cashback). Unfortunately my estimated BT change date is 5th August and your promotion runs out on 31st July.
Any plans to extend the offer or is there anything you can do? (As I'm not with BT yet, O2 can't order the package yet)

Regarding your reply.You are a con and another example of Rip Off Britain.Tuesday is 26 July which means it will be 15 days late!! Thats 15 days interest you will have.Times that by all other customers & we can work out how much you are making .You must think we were born yesterday.Thats if it arrives. which I doubt.Or do we get the interest? Its amazing that the first time you reply is when I post on here.You did not reply to any of my emails nor to my letter as I had to call you today for the 5th time!!0

I have noticed that others have had the same issue with SD. I signed up through SD with Talk Talk and was promised £50 Cashback 90 days after my service with Talk Talk 'went live'. The 90 days was up on July 7th and since then I have emailed and phoned SD. I had no reply to the email and when I called they said... the guy who signs off the cheques is on holiday!!! Now that is a bad excuse if ever I heard one. Anyway the cashback is now three weeks late so I thought I would post to find out if more people had experienced the same problem...0

Hi - I have called up SD yesterday and arranged to switch via them. They said if I refer someone then we both get £25 M&S voucher. I said that I was in fact being referred so would i and the referrer be entitled to the vouchers. They said i would be entitled to and just to call up and give the details of my referrer and we would both get the vouchers.
If anyone wants the vouchers so that we both gain, please PM me and we'll both be £25 better off with M&S vouchers.
