I've also been hit by this. I've had another look through the T&C's and it states that there are over 10'000 pictures, i done the math and there only about 2000-3000 pictures, any advice on how i could use this to my advantage?

Why complicate things? Just say that you are not liable to pay - end of.

Nobody should pay him a penny, he's deliberately hiding the fact its a paid for service. Don't worry about him taking you to court, he wouldn't have the front, he's just relying on the 1% of people who will get scared and pay similar to how the private parking companies operate.
