I like this part. So is it £8 or £96?

"By registering you take out a paid subscription at the cost per end-user of only 8.- pounds, including vat, for a duration of 12 months and with an advance annual charge. The annual contribution of 96.- pounds shall be charged once a year in advance, and must be settled within 5 days from receipt of invoice."
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.
  • I've also been hit by this. I've had another look through the T&C's and it states that there are over 10'000 pictures, i done the math and there only about 2000-3000 pictures, any advice on how i could use this to my advantage?

Why complicate things? Just say that you are not liable to pay - end of.

Nobody should pay him a penny, he's deliberately hiding the fact its a paid for service. Don't worry about him taking you to court, he wouldn't have the front, he's just relying on the 1% of people who will get scared and pay similar to how the private parking companies operate.
