Part of the Furniture 500 Posts Name Dropper I won, I won, I won!
I just thought I'd let you know my recent experience with Virgin customer services.
I sent them an e-mail last Saturday saying that I had lost my sim card and asked them would they be able to replace it with a new card with my original number on and put my remaining credit on it.
I received a reply the following day saying yes they would do that and I would receive a new card within 5 days.
I received my new card on Tuesday with my remaining credit on.
I have had very bad experiences with CPW customer services so its very good to know they are not all the same.

Question is how ling before NTL's influence undoes all the good training Virgin had worked hard to achieve.
