    I am now seeing buggies racing across the beach - was that the Monkeys or the Banana Splits?
    Doesn't alcohol do strange things?
    Don't pheasants do strange things in front of your car?
    Do alcohol and pheasants mix?

    Find a landmark (a sign by the sign of the road or something) and when the car in front passes it, you count (one elephant two elephant :o:p) and you should be able to count at least that before you pass the same landmark. Double it at least in adverse weather.

    Is that right? :o

    Almost;

    I've always been told to keep going, but its easier said than done, I've seen things out the corner of my eye before run into the road and braked...for it to turn out to be a cat...however I would rather do that than keep going and find out it was a child.

    You can fail your test for doing an emergency stop for cat. I think it may be different for a dog.
  • I think everyone's missing the point here.

    Did the pheasant survive? Won't anyone think of the pheasants?!
