The DVLA have no statutory power to make you call them, this has been confirmed in a court, sadly most of these cases, if not all, initially go to Magistrates where you have power hungary idits that haven't got the backbone to unish the scum of society but love to hammer those that live within the law.

You have to pay the fine before appealing which means you probably haven't got the time or money to pursue it.


My fine for example was larger than that given to a scroat that punched a Policeman for instance.

All I can say is Canada looks nice, might emigrate and leave the scum to this once great nation.

And that is before you consider those republic entusiasts that can't see that the royal wedding next year will bring in ten times the cost of it to the British economy.

These republic supporters seem to be bigots that use hating the Royals as an excuse to vent their true feelings for this country.

The journalist Alibaya Brown, i think, seems to hate this country and its racist views and horrible Royals, but still lives here, what is that all about.

I didn't like living in East London so I moved out, no point moaning about it or trying to change the area, just move somewhere you like rather than !!!!!ing about percieved faults.


If anybody wants the UK to be a Republic then they can move to one, after all these republics seem a nice place to live.

Why doesn't she move to Eire, that is a nice republic and you can pick up a newbuild house for a good cheap rate.

Bet the Irish wish they had a Royal family to bring in money to the economy.
