Hi guys, thanks for the replies and advice.
I accidently marked the buyer down as payment complete and didn't understand why I couldn't get to her details. Turns out she hasn't payed for anything and I've went and sent her positive feedback like a diddy:p:rotfl:.
I want to take the feedback off, but I don't think I can!:o
Now i've sent her an invoice politely asking for her to complete payment. And that I will send said item ASAP.
So, do I just have to wait? It's been three days.Toto, I

No, she has lots of feedback, but not all positive. Someone said it took a few weeks to send her an item because she did not communicate.:(
She has also been on eBay since I sent her the first message asking for her address; as her own auctions have finnished.
It's a lesson for me to be learned, I s'pose.

Once you've sent the invoice and a single reminder just leave it . There is nothing you cna do until day 4 anyway when you can start an NPB.
A tip for future reference though, keep emails and contact to a minimum, some buyers hate being hassled and may actually slow down their payment just to wind you up. They know they won't get their item until they pay, neither of yours was a newbie so they know how it works.
If you do have an impatient nature then one tip is to list something every day or so, then you are so busy watching bids and sales that you don't put all your stress and worry on a single item that remains unpaid.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I can be a tad impatient, but it's more worry than anything - because I am new to all of this, I just wanted to start off in a positive light.:)
As I thought she had paid for her item, I was a bit apprehensive of getting negative feedback for not posting an item I didn't have an address for. Turns out there's been a bit of a mix up.
I will leave the poor lady alone now, don't worry!:rotfl:
I had no idea that communicating too much could annoy a buyer. I will remember that in future, just incase. If I hadn't had made the silly mistake of marking her as 'payment recieved' I would not have contacted her at all.Toto, I
