trendnet wireless modem router HELP!!!!!!!

i bought a trendnet tew-435brm wireless modem router but can't get it to work.done everything according to the instructions (several times)and can't get any web pages even though it says connected...pleeeease help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!aaaargh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Does it work OK when connected via an Ethernet cable?

    Have you given the connection Internet Zone access in your firewall?

    no.tried all i know.it tells me i'm connected but still can't get the pages up

    Have you previously configured the wireless router, by connecting it to your PC via an Ethernet cable and going to http://192.168.0.1 to enter your ISP login details etc.?

    try a full reset, make sure u do the reset properly (as explained in the manual)

    turn the power off the router for a few minutes, then back on again...see if it still happens

    what firewall you using on the PC ??
