This is getting crazy. I thought I was okish at techie stuff. How do I change my profile on here to allow me to pm? I just tried to pm you too but it says I must change my profile.

Had another thought. I'd assume you have a memory card in the phone. If you have a card reader on your pc, you could transfer data to it via Windows Explorer, just like any folder on your pc.

the bar that has the blue writing just under where it says welcome curlywurly

it says main site user cp etc... click on user cp then edit options and schroll down to allow private messages

Thanks for both ideas. I've had a look at the site. It does look a similar problem. Although it does not resolve the situation it is a starting point and I'll keep looking.

There is no memory card in the phone. That would have worked I'm sure. Thanks for the ideas.
