Had another thought. I'd assume you have a memory card in the phone. If you have a card reader on your pc, you could transfer data to it via Windows Explorer, just like any folder on your pc.0

Thanks for both ideas. I've had a look at the site. It does look a similar problem. Although it does not resolve the situation it is a starting point and I'll keep looking.
There is no memory card in the phone. That would have worked I'm sure. Thanks for the ideas.0
