Pineapple in Lidl yesterday half price 64p - thats why there are none left to-day!!! Great value and aldi had brocolli for 19p for a huge bunch - cant be badSaving in my terramundi pot £2, £1 and 50p just for me! :j0

Lidl fruit and veg not half price here. Like the idea about Indian/Asian supermarkets but don't have any of those in this area either. Never mind Lidl normal prices are better than anywhere else.0

Yes, they still do the half price thing on fruit and veg. Its an especially good buy if you like things such as kiwis and avocados (extremely good for you).
In the end though I am sticking to Morrisons and it was a drag going to two shops and Morrisons are quite competitive. Their kiwis are 16p each which I though was expensive but today I noticed in Tesco they are 35p ??
But you can buy bags of avocados and kiwis cheaper than individually. also, Morrisons often have big bags of fruit on their reduction counter.0
