Small Stove -- Big Logs

Options
Hi,

My stove is designed for small logs. I realise that some log suppliers will do 200mm logs however I like to buy Kiln Dried logs as they burn better and are hassle free. Both Certainly Wood and Bio Hot (http://www.biohot.co.uk/) do standard length 25cm so I get the occasional oversize log.

What is the easiest way to cut them down to size? Should I invest in some sort of electric saw? If I take an axe to them they'll look more like kindling than logs and this is hard work for a feeble old geezer like me.

I cannot be the first to have this issue. Anyone invented a wheel for this before?

Cheers,
Ossian :D

PS- I have a Stovax Stockton 4
