Does anyone know if these new T&C's apply to existing customers, there seems to be some conflicting information regarding if the new cancellation charge applies.

they emailed me to say I am still on my existing T&C's until they write to me directly saying otherwise.

Best thing to do is put it in writing, now, that you do not agree to any changes to your contract. There is a lot of dispute right now as to what terms we are under, best to get it in writing before 7 days from their appearance on the site is up.0
