Well guess what after Cheif Exec told us in writing we would never hear from them again...... a missed call today from their sales and marketing number. Good god how on earth do we stop these calls, we have now opted out twice (first time it was sent to wrong department and as such cancelled, second time made by CE himself), cannot believe the level of harrassment we are being subject to.
Let's take bets on how many calls I get over the next few days! Despite agreement with TT that they phone evening only with account issues since bill payer is not here during day, and each and every caller being told to phone back after 7 as account holder not here!!
Maybe a complaint to the Police will stop them?? Something needs to this is driving us potty. Guess it's OFCOM again although we never heard from them last time.
When I move out I was always planning to go with TT but no way I will not now.
